In a world that seems more and more inward looking, we’re standing up and looking out. This year we’re bringing friends with incredibly diverse backgrounds from all across the globe into our humble bar, to widen our world with their cultures, perspectives and flavors.

We’re kicking off our first Cultural Convergence shift with a banger, welcoming super cool talents from Bologna 🇮🇹 and Peru 🇵🇪 for a night that may, no WILL get a little crazy!

In the heart of Bologna’s historic center lies a beautiful, modern Japanese bar and izakaya. Led by the charismatic and talented duo of @nicoloribuffo and @_l.h.o.o.q_ they’re bringing their deliciously refined Japanese inspired drinks served with classic Italian panache.

@raizacarrera is a force of nature . Born in Peru and based in Spain, she was named Best Bartender of 2023 in her adopted home. As founder of the traveling hospitality collective Agite club, she now travels the globe sharing her craft and inspiring the industry – one bar, and one delicious drink, at a time. We fell in love with her during her visit to KL last year and are sure you will too.
