Introducing Raiza Carrera (@raizacarrera): the globetrotting Peruvian cocktail queen who was crowned Best Bartender in Spain, whose bartending career spanned from South America to Europe. Through Agite Club (@agiteclub), a pop-up bar and dynamic gastronomic platform she founded, Raiza has hosted pop-up shifts at almost 100 bars around the world — and has now reached our shores of George Town, Penang.
