This Thursday 27 November, @lavantha.kl welcomes two of Jakarta’s finest. @bule_elub from @modernhausjkt and Kenny Soetomo from @thegoldentoothbar will be behind the bar for one night only.

Bule is known across Jakarta for his modern techniques, sharp palate and ingredient driven approach. As the Beverage R&D Specialist for @uniongroupjakarta he continues to push the industry forward with his zero waste philosophy and post modern style of bartending. Modernhaus celebrates Indonesia’s biodiversity through its roots fruits leaves and flowers menu reimagining local botanicals with fermentation and sustainable techniques that define the bar’s identity.

Joining him is Kenny Soetomo co founder and head bartender of The Golden Tooth. With two decades of experience Kenny builds bars that feel warm intentional and community driven. His newest menu For The People By The People is a tribute to the friends regulars and creatives who shaped the bar’s identity celebrating the stories and personalities that fill the room every night.
