Born in Milan, Bar Manager Marco Dongi (@marcodongi) has traveled the world, collaborating with esteemed chefs and honing his craft in cocktail making. At Bar Sathorn, he blends classic cocktail techniques with local Thai ingredients, creating innovative drinks that reflect both his Italian heritage and the rich cultural tapestry of Bangkok.
