Named after Shingo himself and the Japanese Kanji character for “five senses” (五感)—Sight, Taste, Smell, Touch, and Hearing. GOKAN draws inspiration from the nuanced and holistic philosophy of Japanese culinary traditions, exploring boundless possibilities in mixology, gastronomy, and hospitality to reimagine the synergy between food and beverage and define a new, meaningful genre. Morris Chang (@morrisxcrchang) the Head Honcho of Gokan (@gokan.hk), takes centre stage at Reka:Bar (@reka.bar) showcasing the essence of GOKAN.
