Located on the roof top of the opulent Capella hotel in the French Quarter of Hanoi, Vietnam, The Hudson Rooms is a self-proclaimed ‘epicurean pilgrimage to New York’ transposing a golden era into contemporary indulgence.
Synonymous with oysters, caviar and an impressive selection of whiskeys, The Hudson Rooms marble-swathed bar transports you to the historic Fulton Fish market in the Bronx region of The Big Apple.
The charismatic team of Sean Halse and Jesse Duong will be joining us from 9pm on Saturday 30th August armed to the teeth with all the bells and whistles, bringing the full Hudson Rooms experience to Humboldt albeit minus the marble.
To further encompass the experience, the Humboldt kitchen will be serving a specially adapted menu inspired by dishes from The Hudson Rooms culinary offering that pays homage to Henry Hudson’s arrival to New York in 1609.
Yes there will be oysters, there will be caviar, there will be foie and yes there will most certainly be a carefully curated menu of cocktails reflecting the meticulous hard work that earned The Hudson Rooms a well-deserved place on Asia’s 51-100 Best Bars 2025.
