We have Yuki Yamazaki. Our friend is the founder of The Japanese Liqueur & The Japanese Bitters.

More unconventionally, Yuki Yamazaki began his bartending career in the west in London and Toronto. Being true to his roots, the development and refinement of his craft stems from Tokyo. He bridges both cultures to showcase an approach that is uniquely his.

In 2018, he launched The Japanese Bitters, a handcrafted range made exclusively with premium Japanese botanicals. This became possible after gaining experience in gin production in Schiedam, the Netherlands in 2015. The brand quickly gained international attention and was recently ranked among the Top 10 Bitters Brands in the World by Drinks International. He was later inspired by Japan’s rich culinary heritage giving birth to new range of The Japanese Liqueurs in 2022.

As a dedicated brand owner of these products, Yuki travels the world to share the artistry of Japanese flavours through his lens, essentially, in liquid form as delicious cocktails.
