Ambar Ubud Bar is a sophisticated cocktail destination at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. Ambar sits high above the Ayung River valley, serving refined, botanically inspired cocktails, elegant bites, and unforgettable jungle sunset views.

For one night only, Bar Manager Ariyadi Saputra (Adi) — with numerous accolades to his name — together with Bar Supervisor Abi, will take over our bar, bringing their craft, creativity, and warm Balinese hospitality to our guests.
