We’re closing our anniversary week with a night featuring 3 Dons ( in name and/or reputation ) across the best of Asia’s cocktail scene.

🔥 Don Ranasinghe from Smoke & Bitters, Sri Lanka
Bringing island fire and bold tropical flavors from the southern paradise of Sri Lanka, @don_peachy cut his teeth in London’s club scene before returning home to open @smoke.bitters. Now consistently lauded as one of Asia’s finest ( #14 in Asia’s 50 Best 2025) his drinks pair the tropical inspiration of his homeland’s bountiful harvest with cosmopolitan sophistication and panache.

🌃 Don Shin from Kiez, Seoul
Coming from a similarly multicultural background, @dongyeol.shin19 spent his youth in Germany before returning to his birthplace and jumping headfirst into the bar scene. Tucked away in a basement in Gangnam, the bar merges mid century Bauhaus style with Japanese aesthetics. Composed, minimalist, witty and delicious, his drinks mirror Don’s exacting approach and taste. @kiez_seoul has quickly become a cult hit and your favorite Korean bartender’s favorite Seoul bar.

👑 Priyanka Blah, the Don Queen
She’s a force. Industry icon, storyteller, and tastemaker, shaking up the scene with personality and power. @priyankablah is of course one of the Dons of the South Asian drinks scene, and the impetus of this wild cultural crossover. We’re fortunate to have her as our special guest on the night – AND – if you ask nicely, she might hop behind the bar and make you a special mizuwari ;).
