Shaped by Japanese precision and recognised on the global stage—Yuki Yamazaki is coming to The Riff District for a one-night takeover. 🍸✨

Founder & CEO of JCC Agent Co., Ltd., Yuki is the mind behind The Japanese Bitters and The Japanese Liqueur — two brands celebrated for elevating Japanese botanicals with precision and purpose. His bartending journey spans London, Tokyo, and Toronto, shaping a style that blends technique with a refined global palate.

In 2018, he introduced The Japanese Bitters, crafted exclusively with premium Japanese ingredients and recently ranked among the Top 10 Bitters Brands in the World (Drinks International). In 2022, he expanded that vision with The Japanese Liqueur, a contemporary expression of Japan’s culinary heritage.
