We’re turning up the heat with an epic Tres Hermanos lineup: Allegory (DC), True Laurel (San Francisco), and Bijou Drinkery Room, (Mexico) for one unforgettable Friday night!⁣

We’re super excited to showcase these amazing bars with such diverse concepts and drinks. Allegory, led by the charismatic Deke Dunne, is an exciting new conceptualization of bar culture, integrating art, social justice themes, music and some utterly delectable drinks. True Laurel, co-founded by the soft spoken badass Nicolas Torres, focuses on procuring and sourcing the very highest quality small farm produce from California, and highlighting their beautiful flavors in their cocktails. Last but not least Bijou Drinkery Room is an exciting new project from the maestro Dani Ortega, with a modern speakeasy vibe and an innovative and delicious cocktail menu including a pick-your-poison Rubik’s Cube drink station. All 3 bars are regulars on 50 Best lists, and all 3 barmen are awesome people to boot!⁣
