Named after the mist-hued, metamorphic rock, The Dolomite is Dave Lam’s second cocktail bar in one of Shenzhen’s most dynamic neighbourhoods. Drawing inspiration from the mineral’s ancient hush and muted elegance, the bar features a cavernous interior carved from shadow and light. Its soft grey and white tones create the perfect backdrop for Dolomite’s vibrant, playful menu and dynamic flavors, making each drink truly stand out.
