Led by Palm Supawit Muttarattana, the team behind Drywave blends a classic cocktail foundation with a spirit of experimentation. Ranked No. 98 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024, and winner of the Campari “One to Watch” award, we’re excited to host Drywave as they bring their nature-inspired philosophy to COLEY. Inspired by the rhythm of waves and the stillness of trees, the bar’s design and drinks philosophy reflect a balance of movement and clam, while a genre-bending music programme sets an ever-evolving tone.
