This Wednesday, 21st May, we’re proud to welcome @ma.ssimo537, head bartender of @mizunarathelibrary bringing his signature style of precision, elegance, and Japanese-influenced technique to Penrose KL for a night of refined cocktails.

Mizunara: The Library is a Ginza-style whisky and cocktail bar hidden in the heart of Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Known for its serene Japanese garden, refined décor, and a remarkable collection of over 700 whiskies, the bar is a sanctuary for classic and bespoke cocktails featuring Japanese spirits like shochu and awamori.

Leading the bar is Massimo Petovello, an award-winning Italian bartender with international experience across Europe and Asia. Now based in Hong Kong, Massimo brings precision, elegance, and a deep passion for Japanese ingredients to his craft.
